Director of Facilities
Central Presbyterian Church is seeking a Director of Facilities who will be responsible for all aspects of facilities maintenance and operations, including coordinating and supervising facilities-related staff, vendors, and contractors; initiating and managing all necessary improvements; overseeing fire and life safety systems and training; and ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. The position also ensures compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. The Facilities Director serves all programs, departments, and offerings of the church, ensuring participants experience a clean, safe, and inviting facility that functions properly. The person in this role will be mindful of the church's historic nature and maintain the recently restored aesthetic to enhance the congregant experience and uphold neighbor appreciation.
The Facilities Director is responsible for, but not limited to, the following at the church property at 593 Park Avenue in Manhattan. The expected work week is Sunday through Thursday.

Pastor of Community and Care
Central Presbyterian Church is seeking a relational and experienced pastor who is skilled in grace-based, biblical teaching from a Reformed perspective, gospel-centered community formation and pastoral care, and strategic missional outreach to the city to work under the direction of the Executive Director/Pastor.
Candidates for this position must demonstrate an enthusiastic desire to serve in local church ministry, as evidenced by a love for people and a gift for encouraging them to grow in their commitment to Christ and his mission to the world, and an understanding of and commitment to the theological convictions, vision and values, and philosophy of ministry of Central. This role requires collaborative leadership and entrepreneurial initiative to develop and expand a growing number of ministry programs.
The Pastor of Community and Care will be given opportunities in biblical teaching and discipleship, community formation and pastoral care, Christian education and leadership development, evangelism, mission, service, and the integration of faith and vocation. In addition, the Pastor of Community and Care will be given occasional opportunities to preach and lead worship as needed.

Youth Coordinator
Central Presbyterian Church is seeking a female Youth Coordinator whose ministry will primarily focus on adolescent girls within the church. The Youth Coordinator’s core responsibility is to oversee the spiritual growth and pastoral care of the middle school and high school students within the Central community. The Youth Coordinator is expected to encourage students to grow in their knowledge and experience of Christ’s love and demonstrate how to live their lives in grateful response to his grace. Candidates for this position must demonstrate an enthusiastic desire to serve in youth ministry as well as a commitment to the vision and values of Central. This role requires initiative to develop and expand Central’s youth ministry program.
The Youth Coordinator will report to the Executive Director. This is a full-time role with benefits and has an expected work week of Sunday through Thursday. This role is responsible for, but not limited to, the following.
